Welcome to Purely Sculpted. By booking a treatment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments

Appointments must be made in advance via our booking system, phone, or social media.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.
A full consultation and consent form must be completed before any treatment.

2. Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur the full service fee or forfeit of deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment (with sufficient notice and if applicable).

3. Contraindications

It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect your treatment.
Some treatments are not suitable for individuals with certain health conditions, such as pregnancy, pacemakers, or active infections.
We reserve the right to refuse or modify a treatment for your safety.

4. Results Disclaimer

Results vary from person to person and depend on factors such as lifestyle, body type, and adherence to aftercare.
Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.
Purely Sculpted does not guarantee specific outcomes and is not liable for perceived lack of results.

5. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept cash, EFTPOS, and major cards.
Promotions or discounts must be mentioned at time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.

6. Packages & Gift Vouchers

Packages are non-transferable and must be used by the same client.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and are not redeemable for cash.

7. Client Conduct

We promote a respectful and professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services.
Clients are expected to follow pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by the therapist.

8. Liability

All treatments are carried out by qualified professionals to the highest standard of care.
Purely Sculpted is not liable for any adverse reactions or issues resulting from failure to disclose relevant medical information.

9. Privacy

All personal and medical information is kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on request or on our website.
