Refund Policy

At Purely Sculpted, we take pride in delivering high-quality body sculpting and aesthetic treatments. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking any service.

1. No Refunds on Services Rendered

Due to the nature of our treatments, we do not offer refunds on services that have already been provided, including packages and individual sessions.

2. Prepaid Packages & Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Prepaid packages are non-refundable and must be used within the validity period (typically 6–12 months from purchase date).
If you are medically unable to complete your treatment package, please provide a doctor’s note and we may offer a credit or partial transfer at our discretion.

3. Gift Vouchers

All gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
They may be used toward any treatment or product within the expiry period (12 months from issue date).

4. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you are committed before booking a service or purchasing a package.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in loss of deposit or a full service price late cancellation fee.
Repeated late cancellations may result in a refusal of future bookings.

6. Product Sales

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on skincare or retail products unless faulty or damaged upon purchase.
Faulty items must be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase.

7. Client Satisfaction

While we strive to provide outstanding service, Purely Sculpted does not guarantee specific results as outcomes vary by individual.
We encourage you to raise any concerns during or immediately after your session so we can best address them.
